Power BI Pivot Table

Power BI pivot table option converts selected rows into columns (Unpivot to pivot).

In this story I will demonstrate how we can convert unpivoted to pivoted table in Power BI. I will be using dummy data prepared by me for this task.

Step 1 : Click Edit Query option.

Step 2 : Under Transform tab you can find Pivot Column option.

Step 3 : Clicking the Pivot Column option opens a window like this.

I am choosing ‘OrderQuantity’ in the ‘Values Column’ section and Sum as the aggregate function.

Here, we can see all the pivot columns.
